What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote technical support to a federal client, ensuring 24x7 coverage in shifts
- Document issues thoroughly before escalating to the next level of support
- Maintain documentation for incidents, work orders, change requests, and project tasks
- Monitor team performance metrics and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with technical federal and vendor escalations to ensure effective issue resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college (preferred)
- Proven experience in managing customer expectations and delivering high-quality customer service
- Ability to document problems and maintain related documentation effectively
- Strong communication skills to ensure proactive engagement with customers and team members
- Familiarity with adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a technical support or help desk role
- Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) in a customer service context
- Previous experience working with federal clients or within government contracting
- Ability to simulate and recreate customer issues for effective problem resolution
- Knowledge of process automation and digital transformation initiatives
