      What We Do
      Title Assistant (Remote - Mountain Time / Buffalo, Wyoming Team)

      First American is looking to add a Title Assistant to our growing Wyoming team. This is a remote opportunity for candidates who are able to work Mountain Time hours.

      In this role, you'll dive into your passion for history, research, and real estate while supporting a high-performing Title team. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, playing a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient title processing that supports our customers and partners in the residential real estate space.

      What You'll Do
      • Gather and analyze information to help resolve title issues
      • Search, examine, and interpret real estate records and documents
      • Audit calculations and legal documents for accuracy and completeness
      • Prepare and communicate recording information and legal property documentation
      • Maintain detailed and organized title files and research records
      • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers

      • High school diploma or equivalent required
      • 2+ years of title or related experience preferred


      Pay Range: $16.63 - $22.18 Hourly

      This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
