      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate title searches and resolve title issues and discrepancies based on underwriting standards
      - Determine solutions for clearing title issues and act on these determinations
      - Perform complex functions, including obtaining releases for prior liens and reviewing legal documents
      - Communicate with lienholders or attorneys regarding various property liens
      - Manage tracking reports and provide estimated resolution dates to clients while meeting SLAs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED required; Baccalaureate degree preferred
      - 5+ years of curative experience in the title industry
      - Experience with commercial and purchase transactions preferred
      - Ability to make well-reasoned risk decisions
      - Familiarity with ResWare or similar title software preferred

      - Strong communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation formats
      - Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
      - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
