      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the design, administration, and delivery of Total Rewards programs including compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition
      - Collaborate with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders on compensation and benefits projects, job evaluations, and market analyses
      - Manage employee inquiries related to Total Rewards programs
      - Ensure accuracy of data and processes, contributing to meaningful programs that enhance employee experience
      - Participate in program cycles such as annual compensation reviews and open enrollment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
      - 0-2 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, benefits administration, or related field
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to work with HR data
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
      - High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with HR data management and analytics tools
      - Knowledge of compensation structures and benefits administration
      - Familiarity with behavioral health services or related fields
      - Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
      - Additional certifications related to HR or benefits administration
