      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate new tournament and outing business through prospecting, networking, and outreach campaigns
      - Conduct detailed needs assessments with clients to offer appropriate tournament packages and services
      - Oversee event logistics including tee times, sponsorship setups, and merchandise coordination
      - Act as on-site liaison during tournament days, ensuring a positive experience for guests
      - Complete post-event follow-up including billing review and client feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in event sales, hospitality sales, golf operations, or a related field
      - Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
      - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
      - Valid driver's license may be required depending on location

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of golf formats, terminology, and tournament structure
      - Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and point-of-sale systems
