What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform data entry and assist in semi-routine administrative projects/tasks
- Coordinate sales training and educational events, including logistics and material preparation
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for commercial team members
- Provide administrative support for various teams, including travel and interview scheduling
- Ensure compliance and support management activities for the commercial team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years) in a related field
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adhere to company rules and safety protocols
- Experience in coordinating events and administrative tasks

- Previous experience in a medical technology or healthcare environment
- Familiarity with invoice management systems
- Experience in training and development logistics
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
