      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct structured workflow training programs to ensure key competencies are covered for employee success
      - Monitor and assess the progress of technicians during the onboarding training program
      - Deliver onboarding training sessions for newly hired technicians, interns, and pharmacists
      - Act as an instructor for the Pharmacy Technician Training Program, providing guidance and support to students
      - Assist in the creation of e-learning modules and maintain existing training resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible experience in an education or operations role
      - Must apply for a Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician Trainee license upon hire and obtain it before the start date
      - Strong verbal, teaching, and engaging personality skills
      - Knowledge of pharmacy licensing requirements and compliance standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
      - Experience in both outpatient and inpatient pharmacy services
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Strong operational, critical thinking, and analytical skills
      - Ability to use data to drive performance improvement and evidence-based decisions
