What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and maintain departmental training processes, procedures, and documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for new hires and existing employees
- Develop, maintain, and manage the department's internal training schedule and curriculum
- Track training completion, effectiveness, and outcomes; maintain accurate training records
- Conduct internal audits, assessments, and gap analyses to identify training needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- 5+ years of experience in Training and Enablement, specifically in creating training curriculums
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Power BI, and QlikView
- Strong team orientation with engagement for team success
- Knowledge of risk management and implementation strategies
- Experience in internal auditing, including planning and management
- Familiarity with training development and delivery methodologies
