      Marathon TS is seeking a Training Specialist to support the CASTLE-NET program. The selected candidate will assist in the development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs supporting end users and IT personnel across the USACE enterprise environment.

      The Training Specialist will work closely with program leadership and stakeholders to identify training needs, develop instructional materials, conduct instructor-led and virtual training sessions, and measure training effectiveness. This role is focused on user adoption, knowledge transfer, and ensuring personnel are prepared to effectively utilize CASTLE-NET services and technologies.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Assess user training requirements and identify knowledge gaps
      • Develop training materials, user guides, presentations, and job aids
      • Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions
      • Support onboarding and end-user training initiatives
      • Coordinate training schedules and logistics
      • Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness
      • Update training materials based on program changes and user feedback
      • Work with technical and operational teams to ensure training accuracy
      • Support continuous improvement of training processes and content
      • Maintain training documentation and records

      Required Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      • 4+ years of training, instructional design, adult learning, or workforce development experience
      • Experience creating and delivering training materials
      • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Experience using Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
      • Ability to work independently and support multiple training initiatives simultaneously

      Preferred Qualifications
      • Experience supporting Federal Government programs
      • Experience delivering IT or technology-related training
      • Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM, or enterprise IT environments
      • Secret Clearance
      • ATD, CPTD, or related training certifications
