What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct virtual training sessions for new agents at Globe Life University Sales Academy
- Provide ongoing support and communication to new agents during their training
- Develop and manage quarterly leadership training content for the Globe Life University Leadership Academy
- Measure training effectiveness and provide suggestions for improvement to facilitate career growth
- Collaborate on training content and ensure alignment with corporate strategy and compliance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- Minimum of 3 years of training experience; industry experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Zoom
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels
- Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement

- Experience in creating learning modules aligned with business objectives
- Leadership and motivational skills with a strong drive for success
- Flexibility to travel as needed (up to 25% travel)
