What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute entry-level training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, including platform updates
- Assist in gathering requirements and creating training materials and documentation
- Coordinate training schedules and manage training platforms
- Gather feedback and data to evaluate training program effectiveness
- Resolve basic training-related issues and tailor training programs as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a supportive or educational role
- Experience with healthcare and utilization management/case management processes and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, including e-learning and workshops
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and execute successful training programs
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Articulate products
