- You will be end-to-end responsible for servicing a client portfolio of about 10-15 clients and working closely with the CLT teams, who are responsible for the day-to-day servicing of clients
- You will be responsible to manage, retain and increase revenues from existing TS clients as well as identify new opportunities from the existing portfolio of international, multi-product client relationships
- As primary contact for the client, you will be part of the Virtual Client Team and will contribute to RFP’s
- You will pro-actively and regularly make client reviews, monitor TS client revenues on a regular basis and conduct client visits in order to discuss service levels, volume discussions and other needs
- You will be responsible for operating under our KYC guidelines
- You will constantly update yourself on compliance/risk procedures and regulations in the bank/market
- You will be responsible for selected project and initiatives that contribute to the TS business development
- You will advise clients on potential impact of projects or changes within or outside the bank
- Higher education (HBO) or University education (Bachelor or Master's degree) preferably in Economics, Accounting or Finance
- Excellent level in English both written and verbal as well as one Swiss official language preferred
- At least 4 years of work experience in servicing and advising large multinational clients in the areas of TS with the sound understanding of payments & cash management
- You are a pro-active strong and engaging communicator
- You spot commercial and operational opportunities, and take initiatives to continuously improve processes and client satisfaction
- You have a passion for direct contact with clients and addressing client needs
- You are a team player with a critical judgement to take ownership or delegate effectively
- You have problem solving skills and a continuous focus on structural solutions
- You have strong analytical skills with good sense for details
- You can cooperate well with clients and different types of internal stakeholders
- You understand and act in accordance with the non-financial risk principles

ING is looking for a TSAM for TS Sales Switzerland – Associate / Vice President level.
Job Description
As a TSAM you are responsible for supporting and growing the Daily Banking business by selling the full suite of TS solutions across the network and increasing profitability through in-contract. This means all products in the TS domain, i.e. payments & cash management, liquidity management, supply chain finance, receivable finance, guarantees, letters of credit, etc. An energetic and independent individual with drive and a thorough understanding of the TS products & solutions, client’s treasury function and customer centricity skills.
The TS account manager & sales also owns the client relationship during the lifetime of the contract that clients have awarded us with. The TS account manager & sales ensures the overall cross-border customer satisfaction, monitors, retains and grows the existing TS business. In this role the TS account manager & sales has revenue responsibility for maintaining and growing the existing business.
The TS account manager & sales also works closely with other TS Sales teams, Relationship Management (PAM/LAM), Client Loyalty Teams (CLT), Operations and other support departments.
The TS account manager & sales has a dedicated client portfolio and ensures smooth cross-country servicing. Takes on a pro-active role to ensure that client satisfaction targets are met, and that the commercial and operational quality of the service in the client portfolio continuously improves.
The TS account manager & sales reports directly to the Head of TS Sales Switzerland.
