What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clerical support for transfer articulation entry into the student information system
- Access and manage information from the shared drive for course equivalency decisions
- Collaborate with the Senior Associate Registrar and Transfer Admissions Director on course equivalency queries
- Ensure accurate display of transfer guides and related outputs
- Perform additional duties as assigned related to transfer articulation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of curriculum management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience using student information systems
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and student database systems
- Strong keyboarding skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, and administrative personnel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Jenzabar One
- Five years of experience working in a registrar office with a focus on curriculum management
- Previous experience with Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) or minority-serving institutions
