      What We Need

      CORPAY is currently looking to hire an Account Manager- Projects & Data Analysis within Account Management division. This position is under our Lodging line of business.

      Be part of a growing team of account management professionals shaping our organization’s PMO to ensure that client projects and implementations run smoothly; including meeting the agreed Go Live dates and deliverables, ensuring that all proper communications channels with relevant stakeholders are in place, communicating status of key activities, documenting risks and potential issues, and planning.

      This role provides the Account Manager and key stakeholder’s project status information, meeting minutes and agreements, project risks, and impact assessments.

      You will also be responsible for supporting data analytics & reporting needs for an airline client. The Manager will focus on meeting reporting SLAs as well as supporting strategies to maximize savings and value for our client.

      You will report directly to the Account Director and regularly collaborate with various departments.

      Role Responsibilities

      The responsibilities of the role will include:

      • Gathering business requirements from stakeholders, document specifications, create and develop project and sprint schedules to ensure successful delivery of the project.
      • Generating and maintaining implementation project plans, validate the scope, monitor performance against plan.
      • Managing client expectations around service delivery, scope, and schedule
      • Reporting on project risks, challenges, and opportunities to meet/improve the deadlines
      • Coordinating and prioritizing project tasks, communicate status to clients, project sponsors and senior management
        • Providing and coordinating project management documentation and communication channels
        • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the features, functionality, and benefits of all of TA Connections internal processes and systems in order to provide:
          • potential solutions to issues
          • training to internal & external users
          • support to the business development team with sales pitches and Demo’s
        • Managing and monitoring system issues & requests that were generated during the initial stages of the project as well as during testing. Identifies gaps in systems performance and service delivery. Escalates and tracks the resolution of system’s errors and failures, and recommends possible solutions.
        • Fully understanding client representation agreements and SLAs and ensure proper tracking and reporting
        • Ensuring SOPs are up-to-date and deliver them accordingly across Account Management team
        • Working with Account Managers/Directors on quarterly business reviews and other key deliverables
        • Providing monthly reporting and ad-hoc data enquiries for Account Management
        • Excellent time management and follow-up skills

      Qualifications:

        • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) is required and a Master’s program is preferred
        • Must be fluent in Spanish
        • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel- Expert, and PowerPoint software
        • Ability to travel on short notice and for extended trip duration
          • Excellent people skills and a customer-focused approach to establishing partnerships/alliances
          • Significant experience in engaging and facilitating dialogue with C-level and senior executives
          • Excellent time management and follow-up skills
          • Strong troubleshooting skills
          • Experience based “Issue Resolution” skills that facilitate dialogue across all levels of a business including IT and Operations.
          • Familiarity with technical aspects of projects
          • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
          • Excellent computer skills
          • Extensive hands-on, in-depth knowledge of the Ground Transportation, Airline, and Hotel industries and their daily operations
          • Ability to thrive in demanding, fast-paced environments requiring a sense of urgency, stamina, patience, and excellent time management skills
          • Strong financial acumen and a focus on the details of all facets of the position
          • Strong analytic and strategic skills to assist the team in the development of key value propositions, customer segmentation tactics, and program implementation
