- Teaching experienced Travel Consultants GDS formats and best practices
- Understanding WTS processes, then communicating them to the agent team
- Build relationships with coworkers and clients
- Work on multiple things at the same time, multi-tasking is your middle name
- Help Travel Counselors get out of crisis - offering support in real-time
- Assisting other departments with GDS-related support
- Assisting in testing new processes
- Assisting with a broad range of projects
- Sabre GDS experience is required
- Knowledge of MS Office 365 applications
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Problem solving with minimal inputs
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Ability to project a positive attitude
- Detailed organizational skills
- Strong work ethic
- High level of professionalism
- Able to work from home

World Travel Service is looking for an experienced trainer for our expanding corporate travel agent team. The ideal candidate will have experience training agents in a group setting, as well as offering real-time support via phone calls and emails. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and solid communication skills will be necessary to be successful in this role. The position is 100% virtual, although some travel is required.

The pay range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Travel Consultant Training and Support Specialist is between $55,000 and $65,000 per year. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location
