What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients in booking various travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, vacation homes, and car rentals
- Utilize Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel tools to communicate with suppliers and book services
- Collaborate with suppliers worldwide to secure the best rates, perks, and services for clients
- Ensure every travel detail is meticulously checked for a smooth and stress-free experience
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to deliver exceptional service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience coordinating travel arrangements
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- 2+ years of experience at a travel agency
- 1+ year of experience using Global Distribution System (GDS) or other online travel tools
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and clients
- Entrepreneurial, problem-solving attitude
