- Provide luxury travel services to high net worth clients
- Curate and manage trips from start to finish, ensuring top-quality service and recommendations
- Utilize Global Distribution System (GDS) and online travel tools for bookings and supplier communication
- Collaborate with global suppliers to secure the best rates and perks for clients
- Anticipate and exceed client needs with a high level of intuition and attention to detail

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience coordinating travel
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry and passion for travel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- 1+ year of experience using Global Distribution System (GDS) or other online travel tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
