      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming phone calls and return voicemails, addressing patient questions and directing calls appropriately
      - Communicate pathology and biopsy results to patients and coordinate follow-up visits
      - Manage refill requests efficiently and document wound concerns, escalating to providers when necessary
      - Schedule surgeries and procedures while prioritizing skin cancers based on urgency
      - Document all patient interactions thoroughly in EMA and navigate EMR systems for various tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or higher
      - Minimum of 3 years experience as a Medical Assistant
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Experience with answering phones and medical understanding of surgical procedures
      - CCMA/RMA Certification preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with common pathology diagnoses and emergent situations
      - Previous experience in a dermatology setting
      - Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
