      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent the employer in a moral, ethical, and positive manner throughout the Northeast Territory
      - Effectively manage time and budgets to meet the needs of the territory and surrounding areas
      - Establish a strong presence in the territory to gather and provide market insights and competitor analysis
      - Build and maintain relationships with all commerce entities, including distributors and contractors
      - Perform administrative duties such as submitting weekly reports and preparing accurate expense reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Northeast Territory
      - Minimum of five years of experience in the plumbing, construction, or related industry
      - At least five years of proven sales experience, preferably in a technical or industrial setting
      - Must maintain an excellent driving record in accordance with the employer's vehicle policy
      - Strong technical aptitude with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing relationships with contractors and distributors in the plumbing industry
      - Familiarity with market analysis and sales strategies in a technical or industrial context
      - Proven ability to influence sales and gather market insights effectively
