      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative management and strategic planning for executive search services at the Universities of Wisconsin
      - Ensure compliance with university, state, and federal regulations related to candidate recruitment and selection
      - Develop and implement policies and programs for effective recruitment practices
      - Analyze and resolve complex administrative and political issues independently
      - Assist in managing the budget for executive search support and develop sustainable funding models

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Related Master's degree and 5+ years of progressive management experience in executive-level recruitment/search services or equivalent
      - Valid WI driver's license for potential transportation of candidates during interviews
      - Solid experience in relationship management and demonstrated success in recruitment strategies
      - Well-developed oral and written communication skills
      - Expertise in relevant laws and regulations, and policy development experience in a dynamic setting

      - Possession of professional certifications relevant to the position
      - Experience in a higher education environment or similar organizational structure
      - Proven ability to develop effective business and fiscal models
      - Familiarity with complex organizational dynamics and personnel practices
