      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the creation and updating of job postings for university recruitment programs, internships, and entry-level roles
      - Develop and maintain relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations
      - Plan and execute university recruitment events, including career fairs and information sessions
      - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers
      - Educate hiring managers on best practices for university recruiting and internship programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing the full recruitment life cycle, focusing on university recruitment and entry-level hiring
      - Demonstrated experience planning and executing career fairs and university recruitment events
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
      - Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the recruiting process

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with behavioral-based interviewing techniques
      - Intermediate Boolean search knowledge and experience using various sourcing channels
      - Proven ability to negotiate offers and manage tough situations
      - Experience sourcing candidates through platforms like Handshake
