- Use your clinical skills-not just follow routines

- Guide patients through strength, balance, and mobility training
- Use modalities like ultrasound and e-stim
- Track progress and adjust care in real time
- Educate patients and families so progress continues beyond visits
- Licensed PTA with a passion for patient-centered care
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
- Home health experience is a plus-but we'll support you if you're transitioning
