      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage key customer relationships to meet project volume and revenue goals
      - Achieve specific order intake and revenue targets as assigned by management
      - Implement professional Key Account Management strategies for effective customer relationship ownership
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address customer needs and market opportunities
      - Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to optimize company positioning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in Renewable Energy (Energy Storage, Solar, Wind, or Power Generation)
      - At least 7 years of senior Business Development/Key Account Management Sales experience with large, complex customers
      - Proven capability in business development practices, including proposal tendering and contract negotiations
      - Established network with key stakeholders, including project developers and asset managers
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with UL, NEC, NFPA, and AHJ project considerations
      - Knowledge of IRA, ITC, incentives, and industry policies and financial models
      - Expertise in developing compelling sales pitches and marketing strategies for BESS solutions
