What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set up new client files and support onboarding processes
- Save, rename, and organize incoming e-filings in shared drives and client portals
- E-file court documents through online e-filing portals
- Label and categorize incoming client emails accurately
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- High level of organization and accuracy
- Comfortable following established procedures and checklists
- Dependable, consistent, and process-oriented
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Mac products
- Ability to remain available on Slack throughout the workday
- Experience working independently in a remote environment
