      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the legal team with various administrative tasks as needed

      - Set up new client files and assist in onboarding processes
      - E-file court documents through online e-filing portals and manage incoming client communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Meticulous attention to detail and strong written communication skills
      - High level of organization and accuracy in task execution
      - Comfortable following established procedures and checklists
      - Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and Mac products
      - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining available on Slack

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with legal e-filing portals and client file management systems
      - Familiarity with email and calendar management tools
      - Previous experience in a legal administrative role or similar position
