      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-level administrative support to the Coding Validation Team, including scheduling meetings and tracking audit results
      - Compose and prepare a variety of materials, including correspondence, reports, and presentations for manager approval
      - Maintain departmental records and handle confidential information, ensuring accurate documentation
      - Interact professionally with all levels of personnel and resolve issues within the scope of authority
      - Lead projects and support departmental initiatives, exercising independent judgment to see projects through to completion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school graduate or General Equivalency Diploma required
      - Up to one year of specialized training in correspondence typing, medical terminology, and general business procedures
      - One to two years of relevant experience required, preferably in healthcare
      - Proficient typing skills and a good knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform analysis of numerical data

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior healthcare experience and CPC-A certification preferred
      - Understanding of medical terminology and professional medical coding is a plus
