  What You Will Do
  We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst (TBA) to support the evolution of a global content supply chain platform leveraging Veeva Vault PromoMats and integrated marketing technologies. This role will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and the Marketing Technology delivery team, driving requirements gathering, solution analysis, backlog management, and Agile delivery execution.
  
  The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis expertise with technical fluency and the confidence to engage directly with senior stakeholders. This individual will analyze existing platform configurations, facilitate discovery discussions, translate business needs into actionable user stories, and collaborate closely with development, QA, and platform teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions across global markets.
  
  The role also requires experience working within integrated digital ecosystems, including familiarity with platforms such as Veeva Vault, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Workfront, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
  
  Job Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, sprint reviews, and stakeholder meetings to elicit, refine, and validate business requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by challenging assumptions, identifying gaps, and driving alignment across teams.
  • Analyze existing Veeva Vault PromoMats configurations and assess impacts of proposed enhancements or changes.
  • Translate ambiguous business requests into clearly defined deliverables, user stories, and functional requirements.
  • Author detailed Jira user stories including acceptance criteria, dependencies, business rules, and technical considerations.
  • Maintain and groom the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery leadership.
  • Create and manage epics, features, and story hierarchies to ensure traceability from business requirements through delivery.
  • Define and maintain Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) standards.
  • Partner with architects, developers, and QA teams to evaluate solution options and validate technical feasibility.
  • Analyze system architectures, APIs, integrations, data models, and workflows to support scalable solution design.
  • Conduct gap analyses between current-state processes and future-state platform capabilities.
  • Support definition and documentation of non-functional requirements including performance, security, scalability, and compliance considerations.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define testing scenarios and validate delivered functionality against acceptance criteria.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and test script development.
  • Track and communicate project risks, blockers, dependencies, and delivery impacts to stakeholders and delivery leadership.
  • Produce and maintain project documentation including BRDs, process flows, RACI matrices, decision logs, data mappings, and integration specifications.
  • Maintain organized Jira and Confluence documentation repositories for assigned workstreams.
  
  Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in enterprise digital transformation environments.
  • Strong experience working with Veeva Vault PromoMats or related Veeva Vault applications.
  • Experience supporting content supply chain, MarTech, or regulated enterprise platform initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira for story writing, backlog management, sprint tracking, and Agile workflow management.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical and functional specifications.
  • Experience facilitating discussions with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, enterprise systems, and data flows.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workfront, or related digital marketing platforms is preferred.
  • Experience supporting QA, UAT, and release validation activities.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.
  • Experience within life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries is strongly preferred.
