      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with the Chief Veterinary Officer to execute a comprehensive field-force education strategy aligned with clinical and commercial priorities
      - Design and deliver clinical training programs, workshops, and digital education materials to boost field-force effectiveness
      - Engage with veterinary leadership to evaluate enterprise-level needs and identify clinical and operational gaps
      - Build and maintain partnerships with veterinary schools and specialty training programs to develop educational programming
      - Monitor trends in veterinary medicine and pharmacy compounding to inform education strategy and content development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent required
      - Minimum 5 years of industry or clinical experience with demonstrated ability to engage veterinary leadership
      - Strong understanding of veterinary compounding, prescribing trends, and practice workflows
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
      - Willingness to travel 30-40%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced clinical training and/or board certification strongly preferred
      - Experience developing CE-accredited educational content
      - Existing professional network in veterinary medicine and/or academia
      - Experience supporting corporate accounts or field enablement functions
      - Leadership experience in a multi-site practice organization
