What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel to veterinary conferences and clinics across the United States to promote in-home end-of-life care services
- Educate veterinary practices on the benefits of recommending Lap of Love's services to pet families
- Deliver educational materials to support veterinary practices and pet parents in various markets
- Attend and promote Lap of Love at national conferences, speaking engagements, and special events
- Report and track results from visits and events to assess campaign effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of sales or outreach experience, preferably in the veterinary industry
- Must live within 45 minutes of a major airport
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships within the veterinary community
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, G Suite, and Customer Relationship Management systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in veterinary outreach or sales
- Familiarity with proprietary software related to veterinary services
- Strong leadership skills and a self-driven, collaborative mindset
- Ability to work with limited supervision and manage time effectively
- Excellent listening and critical thinking skills
