  BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a passionate, motivated, and innovative Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to join our recruiting team, supporting hospitals throughout our East Division.
  
  In this role, you'll independently manage full-cycle recruiting, build strong partnerships with veterinary technician programs, and maintain a pipeline of talent that fuels hospital growth. Ideal applicants will have at least 2+ years of full cycle recruiting
  
  You'll be the bridge between passionate professionals and meaningful careers in veterinary medicine.
  
  As a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
  
  • Partner with hospital leaders and People & Organization (P&O) Business Partners to understand hiring needs.
  • Source, screen, and recommend top talent for hourly and salaried roles within our hospitals.
  • Build strong relationships with local vet tech programs and other talent sources.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate next steps with hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate offer processes and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and hiring strategies in a competitive market.
  • Use creativity, urgency, and persistence to fill roles with top-tier talent.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field-or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of recruiting, full-cycle experience, preferably in a high-volume or healthcare setting.
  • Experience with Workday ATS & Phenom CRM strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent work environment.
  • A passion for pets and people-bonus if you've worked in the veterinary or healthcare field!
