      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct face-to-face client meetings and presentations to drive engagement and sales
      - Lead the sales strategy and regional growth efforts in the Southeast, focusing on key Florida markets
      - Manage and mentor a team of 2-4 sales professionals, guiding them in prospecting and client relationship management
      - Build and maintain relationships with private jet operators to ensure product knowledge and operational alignment
      - Prepare and deliver detailed weekly pipeline and activity reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in private aviation sales and at least 5 years in a leadership role
      - Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies and qualification processes
      - Proven ability to manage corporate and high-net-worth individual accounts
      - Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

      - Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills, including cold calling and networking
