      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth targets for the Thermal Process Management business unit
      - Evaluate and mentor the sales team to align with growth objectives and enhance performance
      - Drive business development by analyzing customer needs and developing a robust opportunity pipeline
      - Manage direct sales performance through tactical planning and accountability measures
      - Collaborate with marketing to position the company as a premier supplier in targeted markets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS required; Engineering degree preferred, Master's Degree is a plus
      - 10-15 years of experience in strategic business development and sales in the global oil & gas sector
      - Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and empower a diverse team
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with effective sales processes
      - Willingness to relocate to Charlotte, NC, or be local to the area
