      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a national sales strategy across natural, conventional, and mass channels
      - Set and achieve annual revenue, margin, and velocity goals
      - Lead and mentor the Natural Sales Manager and Shopper Marketing Manager for unified execution
      - Cultivate strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
      - Leverage syndicated data to inform business decisions and optimize forecasting processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the CPG industry, preferably refrigerated/frozen
      - Proven track record of scaling brands across natural and conventional channels
      - Experience managing national broker networks and key accounts
      - Strong analytical skills with experience in syndicated data tools
      - Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
