      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own overall revenue strategy and execution across enterprise accounts
      - Personally lead and close strategic, high-value enterprise deals
      - Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team
      - Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to enhance customer experience and retention
      - Build and scale a predictable, repeatable enterprise sales motion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 10+ years full-cycle experience in a quota-bearing sales role, including 3+ years in senior sales leadership roles
      - Proven track record selling complex high-value AI and enterprise B2B solutions
      - Exceptional emotional intelligence, communication, and influencing skills
      - Deep understanding of repeatable sales discipline (forecasting, pipeline hygiene, deal inspection)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with video commerce, e-commerce ecosystems, or digital experience technologies
      - Demonstrated success attracting, building, and scaling enterprise sales teams in growth stage environments
      - Hands-on, results-oriented leader who is comfortable closing deals and unblocking for the team
      - Unconventional thinker who challenges assumptions and adapts quickly to ambiguous environments
