What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consistently meet or exceed a significant personal sales quota while managing high-value accounts
- Act as a subject matter expert in client negotiations and complex deal structuring
- Provide daily 1:1 support, call coaching, and deal strategy guidance to your team of Account Executives
- Conduct weekly team pipeline reviews and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Partner with talent acquisition to recruit and onboard new Account Executives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a senior sales executive with a track record of achieving a significant personal sales quota
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle for strategic, high-value accounts
- Experience in a role that required both selling and managing/mentoring others
- Strong background in client negotiations and complex deal structuring
- Focus on hands-on team coaching and performance management
