What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the Sales department in the USA, focusing on coaching and mentoring team members
- Develop annual business plans and operating budgets while managing resource distribution
- Enhance operational efficiency and compliance within the Sales function
- Set clear performance expectations and provide feedback to the Sales team
- Monitor and adjust strategies to achieve departmental goals consistent with corporate objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of previous sales leadership experience in the US
- 10+ years of vendor finance construction sales experience in the US
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities in a high-performance team environment
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

- Post-secondary diploma or bachelor's degree is an asset
- Results-driven and action-oriented with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to manage and prioritize a complex workload while adhering to performance goals
