What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and close complex sales opportunities for Vinsolutions products to franchise car dealerships
- Generate and maximize sales revenue while increasing customer base within the assigned territory
- Provide insights on Vinsolutions products and address key dealer business challenges
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with dealership decision-makers
- Travel extensively (70% or more) within the designated sales territories
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combinations of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Retail Solutions Manager or similar role
- Ability to travel up to 75% in the assigned territory
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership operations
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in automotive software sales or related dealership software packages
- Strong knowledge of Fixed Ops processes in automotive dealerships
- Ability to interpret research and data to identify customer improvement opportunities
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
- Self-motivated with an energetic and engaging personality
