What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet and exceed sales and activity targets on a quarterly and annual basis
- Provide sales support to assigned channel partners and manage the sales process through to closure
- Cultivate qualified leads and maintain communication with prospects and partners
- Deliver professional sales presentations using phone and web technologies
- Collaborate with various teams to facilitate new programs, campaigns, and offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of inside sales or sales experience and two years managing a team of representatives
- Proven ability to maintain successful relationships with sales reps, customers, and channel partners
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex technical concepts
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BS/BA in a technical or business discipline
- Experience in screening, qualifying, and interviewing inside sales representatives
- Ability to coach a diverse team and adapt management style to various situations
- Familiarity with WLAN and network infrastructure or network security
- Experience with professional sales presentations
