Job Description

- Agree 12 month account management plans to include virtual/telephony presentation of Bupa’s range of products and services
- Conduct employee webinars to discuss Bupa’s products and services at the request of the client
- Develop existing relationships and increase business levels with intermediaries
- Support clients in creating health and wellbeing strategies for their employees to enable their business and association with Bupa to flourish
- Develop and deliver virtual training and support to intermediaries
- For the intermediary portfolio, lead the development and implementation of short and long term plans with prioritised outcomes that meet customer needs and deliver engagement and loyalty
- Develop a clear and commercially focussed sales value pipeline focussing on growth in line with our strategy to deliver AOP and ensure profitable partnership relationships for UK Insurance
- For the intermediary portfolio, lead the development and implementation of plans with prioritised outcomes that meet customer needs and deliver engagement and loyalty
- Experience and proven ability to lead and manage Intermediary Sales in Financial Services organisation/s in a health care sector
- Proven experience of building and maintaining strong, long lasting customer relationships and maximising business opportunities
- Strong determined communicator and negotiator with experience of senior level selling, persuasion and negotiation
- In depth knowledge of successfully increasing revenue, profits and growth within Intermediary market in a regulated environment such as the healthcare market
- Track record of ‘treating customers fairly’ and delivering compliant sales within a regulatory environment is key
- Resilience and confidence in own and Bupa’s ability to succeed
- Acts ethically and honestly in all dealing with customers and colleagues building compliance, authenticity and trust
- Demonstrates necessary gravitas to be viewed externally as the voice of Corporate in Bupa
- Capable of representing Bupa at various external forums

The purpose of the Virtual Account Manager role is to manage a portfolio of intermediary accounts building commercially successful relationships with client contacts at all levels to deliver business growth and profitability.
