What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate a caring, supportive, and inclusive school community
- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for classroom management
- Collaborate with staff and families to enhance student behavior, attendance, and engagement
- Act as a liaison to the local community, communicating the school's mission and soliciting feedback
- Oversee the implementation of career development services and educational programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current valid Principal and Teacher license in the state of Washington
- Bachelor's degree in education or related discipline
- Minimum seven years of experience in education or a related field
- Two or more years of experience in successful school administration or instructional leadership
- Knowledge of state academic content standards and public education accountability requirements

- Experience with innovative school designs and instructional models
