      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support lessons taught by the teacher to individual students or groups of students, following instructional plans
      - Assist in planning classroom activities as directed by the Teacher and support in student and parent relations
      - Work cooperatively with the Teacher and others to maintain a positive educational environment
      - Act in accordance with directives from the Administrator (or designee) and teacher
      - Contribute to a positive climate and culture by exhibiting high professional standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate Degree, two years of college coursework, or passage of the Para Professional's Exam
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications
      - Successful completion of BCI/FBI background check
      - Ability to manage confidential information and meet educational standards as applicable
      - High-quality written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a school or social services setting is a plus
      - Physical ability to lift 25-40 lbs
      - Ability to work well under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks
