What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize communication via emails and phone calls
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact
- Organize meetings, travel, and accommodations
- Manage contact lists and organize managers' calendars
- Conduct market research and prepare presentations based on findings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, or in a similar relevant position
- Ability to work remotely and maintain a remote workstation
- Significant experience with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets, especially MS Office
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional qualifications as a Data Entry Administrator or Executive Assistant
- Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling, particularly Google Calendar
