  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide telehealth visits, including triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups for patients
  - Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and collaboration with teammates
  - Utilize specific clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual patient care
  - Participate in daily huddles to ensure cohesive teamwork and communication
  - Adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet diverse patient needs
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Completed an accredited PA program with national certification
  - Currently licensed in TX with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
  - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care or urgent care setting within the last 5 years
  - Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and Sunday
  - Excellent clinical and communication skills
