What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct virtual tours for potential owners to showcase properties
- Answer inquiries from owners regarding property usage and amenities
- Follow up on referrals and leads from owners to enhance customer engagement
- Fulfill requests related to pricing, property maps, and descriptions
- Monitor owner satisfaction and communicate upcoming promotions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess an active and in-good-standing Hawaii Real Estate License where mandated by law
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods
- Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 10 lbs without assistance
- Willingness to undergo background and drug screening as per company policy
