      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and lead a team of Virtual Sales Representatives, ensuring productivity and a positive team culture
      - Monitor sales metrics and coach the sales team to meet or exceed assigned goals
      - Liaise between the client and employer for daily requests and provide clear communication
      - Conduct quality assurance by monitoring and evaluating virtual sales calls
      - Participate in marketing strategy discussions and provide insights on targeting and messaging

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical virtual sales and sales leadership experience
      - Proven success in leading high-performing virtual sales teams
      - Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
      - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with product launches
      - Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate strong professional relationships
      - Strong analytical skills
