What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and lead a team of Virtual Sales Representatives, focusing on productivity, staffing, and team culture
- Monitor sales metrics and coach the team to meet or exceed assigned sales and KPI goals
- Provide ongoing training for Virtual Sales Representatives on compliance, customer service, and sales processes
- Liaise between the client and employer to ensure communication and performance standards are met
- Conduct quality assurance tasks, including monitoring and evaluating virtual sales calls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical virtual sales and sales leadership
- Proven success in leading high-performing virtual sales teams
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
