What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing, including filing, emailing, and document management
- Gather materials and assemble information packages and marketing materials for guests
- Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling
- Record and report package sales/tours sold to management on a daily basis
- Maintain and update databases and electronic filing systems related to Sales and Marketing activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in concierge and customer service roles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Proficiency in using software for data entry and record keeping
- Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or marketing within the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with vacation ownership products and services
- Proven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
