What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to sustainable operations team and internal cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with team members and clients to execute waste initiatives
- Demonstrate expertise in waste stewardship and circular economy
- Develop and lead waste initiatives with quality and professionalism
- Coordinate asset procurement and deployment for waste programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree in Sustainability or related field
- TRUE Zero Waste Advisor accreditation
- 5+ years of experience in sustainable operations and/or engineering
- Strong data management skills and experience
- Knowledge of waste processing and regional waste infrastructure

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- LEED accreditation
- Project management experience with zero waste certifications
- Experience working with corporate clients in real estate
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams
- Proven project management and communication skills
