      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify short-term deadlines, deliverables, and long-term client goals
      - Track budgets, schedules, and staff availability to ensure deadlines are met
      - Assist clients with stormwater regulatory compliance and sustainable approaches
      - Conduct and lead water resources-related studies and analyses
      - Prepare reports for stormwater analyses and designs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, water resource engineering, or related discipline; master's degree is a plus
      - P.E. licensure expected or ability to obtain within 6 months
      - 5-8 years of stormwater, water quality, and/or regulatory experience, including project management
      - 8+ years of experience preferred
      - Experience with AutoCAD and GIS strongly desired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supervising or mentoring team members
      - Familiarity with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling programs
      - Knowledge of local, state, and federal permitting processes
      - Strong project management skills in water resource projects
      - Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent interpersonal communication skills
