What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee end-to-end web development projects, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives (SEO, CRO, UX, branding)
- Collaborate with designers, developers, content teams, and digital marketers to deliver high-quality websites and landing pages
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating marketing needs into technical requirements
- Implement Scrum/Kanban methodologies, manage sprints, and ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure all web deliverables are optimized for performance, SEO, accessibility, and user experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of web project management experience in an agency or digital marketing environment
- Strong understanding of web development (HTML/CSS, CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom solutions such as Webflow, Contentful, and Headless CMS)
- Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, paid media, UX best practices, analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar)
- Experience with project management tools (Monday, Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
- Excellent communication skills, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus
